Cyclops has been the star of many mythological tales since the beginning of poetry and scripture… he has become quite the pop star throughout the times – appearing in everything from Hollywood horror flicks to legends and Greek mythology.
Said to be the offspring of Poseidon the water god and a sea nymph (think a mermaid kinda lady), he has celebrity in his blood!
Unfortunately, some choose to depict our poor lad as a terrorizing beast reminiscent of Godzilla (shame really, I think he seems quite likeable as far as a monsters go)…
So, if you ever happen to cross path’s with one (or so choose to adopt one of Onze’s PopEye Plushy pillows for the couch), please ask for me exactly how he can breathe out of water being born of two sea gods?!?
